2 Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

To open an account on mcw bdt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as on your national ID card or passport)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• A strong password

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may hold only one account on mcw bdt. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals on those accounts may be voided.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact support immediately.

3 Age Requirement and User Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the mcw bdt platform. Opening an account or making any financial transaction on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

mcw bdt may request a government-issued ID, passport, or other valid documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide these documents, or a mismatch in information, may result in temporary account suspension.

Additionally, it is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure that online gaming or betting is legally permitted in their country or region.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount on mcw bdt is ৳500 each. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major local banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If an unusual pattern or suspicion of fraud is detected in any transaction, mcw bdt reserves the right to hold and investigate that transaction. Additional documentation may be requested in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

mcw bdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawals are not allowed until wagering requirements are met.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once (separate terms apply for each offer).
• There may be restrictions on which games can be played using bonus funds.
• Withdrawing from a bonus balance before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Terms

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games and betting activities on mcw bdt are conducted in accordance with specific rules. The outcome of all games on the platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via live dealers.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet's outcome is affected by a technical error, mcw bdt reserves the right to void or review that bet.
• For sports betting, payouts will be calculated based on the stated odds.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the data recorded on the platform's server will be considered final. In such cases, the user may contact the support team.

6.3 VIP and Cashback

mcw bdt's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs per tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum, applied to the week's net losses. 7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw bdt platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity, fake documents, or another person's information.
• Manipulating or exploiting the system to withdraw bonus funds (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or data.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collusion or game rigging against other users.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other users.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mcw bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Concern about account security or risk of unauthorised access.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time through support. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed; however, this may not apply to accounts involved in prohibited activities.

9 Limitation of Liability

The mcw bdt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mcw bdt will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by loss of internet connection or third-party network issues.
• Malware or security breaches on the user's own device.
• Transactions made during technical errors or service interruptions.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own decisions.

mcw bdt always strives to maintain uninterrupted service; however, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. Users will be notified in advance where possible in such situations.

10 Privacy and Personal Data

11 Changes to Terms and Notifications

mcw bdt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may request account closure.
